pineapple sorbet

• pineapple, pureed
• 1/2 cup water
• 2 tbsp sugar

cut up pineapple.

puree.

mix in water and sugar.

(add more sugar if you want.

i just prefer unadulterated juice.)

throw in i'scream maker.

(ps. how cute is i'scream?)

freeze.

eat.

ps. i totally got the idea for this from my new book,

but i went rogue and put in way less sugar than he says to.

so whatevez.
