peach ice cream

  • 6 peaches, peeled and sliced
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • lime juice
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • cinnamon, optional
  • brown sugar, optional



peel and cut up the peaches. 


put them in a pot with the water.
cook the peaches for 10 minutes, 
or until mushy.



add sugar, 
whipping cream, 
sour cream, 
lime juice, 
and vanilla.



and if you're feeling dangerous
a little cinnamon 
and brown sugar. 




blend it up until smooth.




cool it.



and freeze in the ice cream maker. 





freaking delicious.
