so i recently discovered broccoli rabe.
um, awesome much?
pretty sure i'm going to eat this for every meal
(at least until it goes out of season)
and obviously this is the best outfit to cook broccoli rabe in.

just this week I had a recipe that called for broccoli rabe. I couldn't find it anywhere and figured it was out of season. guess just out of season in DC. Haven't tried it sauteed, but is great in soups.
